If you already know cirtex hosting, you will know that the ssh/telnet is only made available for few of the selected shared hosting plan: economy and professional plan only. Other web hosting plan like basic and standard plan will not have ssh support. Are you new to SSH? Secure Shell? Telnet remote access?

Before using the ssh, you will need to verify yourself with photo ic. Login to cpanel, and go to ssh section. You will be asked to fax in photo id to cirtexhosting for verification. Once its done, you will gain access to cirtex server through ssh. You can use software like PuTTy to perform the ssh and telnet command.
