Agora cart is available directly from cpanel, and the remaining 3 carts is available through fantastico easy installation. It will not be any trouble to get started and install it. Before start any shopping cart installation, its adviced to read the pre-installation guide. Usually you will need to change the register_global, and create new mysql database etc. Once you are done with the preinstallation task, proceed to the installation through fantastico.
Lets get started, assume that you already have the mysql database setup. From cpanel, select the ecommerce script to install. I most prefer oscommerce due to its rich features and security. The installer will start, and you just need to enter database name, store name, installation path etc to complete the installation 
IF you are ready to accept credit card at your online store, you can get a dedidcated SSL from cirtexhosting, and also dedicated IP address as well. Signup to merchant provider such as 2co, worldpay, or verisign. And you are ready to accept credit card payment.
